I'll be brief on this topic and right to the point. Since I never had issues with this I had to ask myself what was I doing right and others doing wrong. Well it all comes down to our diet. I researched it and it's plain to see that no matter what you may think if you have a poor diet which does not supply you what your body needs, things will not work properly for you in the bed room, bath room, hotel room, car, etc. with you and your loving mate. IT'S TRUE!

GOT A BLENDER? GET 2 CUPS OF FRESH APPLE JUICE, GET SOME FRESH GINGER ROOT AND CUT UP ABOUT 3-4 INCHES OF THE FRESH GINGER ROOT AND PLACE INTO THE BLENDER WITH THE APPLE JUICE.
BLEND AND ENJOY. IT WILL BE A BIT SPICY THOUGH.

This is a very informative hub. I pretty much eat most of the foods mentioned in your list. But there is one item I have not tried and that is alkaline water. This is something I have never heard of before. I will read more articles about this "Alkaline Water" you mentioned here. Being a chemist I know water generally has a pH of around 7 and to make it alkaline (pH greater than 7) you must add something that basic and soluble in water. You suggested adding baking soda (Sodium Bicarbonate) to make it alkaline. This will make it alkaline, but there is also some sodium added here. That is not good.
