It's Not As Difficult As You May Think

I will save you from all the FLUFF and just GET RIGHT TO THE HEART OF THE MATTER. You may have heard about "Alkaline Diets", "Alkaline Water", "Sound Therapy", "Music Therapy", "Meditation", "Prayer", "Fasting", "Using Herbs", Using Essential Oils", "Therapeutic Massage", "Colon Cleansing", "Taking Vitamin Supplements", "Using Your Faith For Your Healing", "Adding Your Faith With Others For Your Healing", even "Using the Power of Subliminal messages", "AFFIRMATIONS" and so on, I must say that most, if not all of these methods WORK and you and your family WILL SEE POSITIVE RESULTS when you practice again most if not all of these powerful truths.

Some people make things more complex than they really are.

Why? Well......who knows, your guess is as good as mine.................

Maybe some want to withhold proven information long enough to make as much money from you and keep you ignorant while they profit.

Maybe some want to play the game that they have no idea what you're talking about, walking away without sharing the truth and as a result of this, you, your friends and your family is at risk of losing another loved one.

Maybe they really don't know and all they can tell you is what they have been trained and refuse to do extra research beyond their general studies.

Maybe they are just victims like so many that share the same pains and just don't know where to turn so some become doctors and nurses hoping to hear about a breakthrough medicine from someone when it's discovered from within the trials and test that are run in clinics.

We could go and on and on about why this is but that's not why I wrote this. First off, I am not a doctor. I don't even have a college education however many are programmed by the powers that be that without a college education one's research or information that one has acquired is considered potentially useless and not to be worthy of credit.

Well I won't get into all that. That's another topic for another day.

First off, we have to understand who we are and who we are not in order to identify the solution to the problem.

MOMENT OF TRUTH.. ..........We are all spirit beings (Yes Spirit Beings) and we have a soul (containing our Mind, Will and Emotions) and we live in a body (Our Physiological Make up or Structure) and we all are inter connected in one way or another being ultimately connected to the creator of all life within the universe (which go's on and on forever by the way). Our true self is like a magnet and equally said we are like antennas picking up different frequencies everyday and by doing so we enable or not what we desire to experience in our lives. It's true.


We all on some degree or another have been and are being programmed and the programming that has been going on in our lives is a direct link to our physiological make up in every way. We are capable of changing our lives by changing our environment by using most if not all of the information above in the first paragraph mentioned in in this hub. Spiritually we can, mentally we can, emotionally we can, physically we can. We also have to want change bad enough to get it.

I will briefly dive into each subject and give you my point of view that you may not have ever pondered on. Then you can take it or leave it as you see fit. As many know, research IS the key to experience the full benefit in every aspect of life. Do yourself a favor and do that if you want the full benefits in life.

"Alkaline Diets" and "Alkaline Water"

First the question is what foods are "ALKALINE FORMING FOODS"? Take for example a lemon or lime. Both are acid foods but are alkaline forming foods after they have been digested which is why you may find them in the alkaline forming tables and charts. For the most part, green leafy vegetables are alkaline forming foods. I strongly encourage you and your family to consider drinking alkaline water (9.5pH)since our bodies are made up of mostly water (70% or more).

If you don't desire to purchase an alkaline water device (PLEASE CHECK MY OTHER HUBS ON THIS SUBJECT) which makes ordinary tap water into healthy drinking water (which has a host of benefits you must research), then please buy only water that has a 8.0pH or 9.5pH (9.5pH is best) in health food markets and shops like Whole Food Markets, Trader Joe's, etc. or you can order online.

THE CHEAPEST WAY TO ALKALINE YOUR BODY IS TO GET A GALLON OF DISTILLED WATER AND ADD 1-2 TEASPOONS OF "BOB'S RED MILL BAKING SODA" AND DRINK AS MUCH OF IT AS YOU CAN THAT DAY. NOTE: YOU WILL NEED TO BE NEAR THE BATHROOM!

ALSO TRY (another day) A GALLON OF DISTILLED WATER WITH WHOLE LEMON AND LIME AND SQUEEZE IN ALL THE JUICE AND ADD TO IT STEVIA SWEETER (ABOUT 2-4 TEASPOONS PER GALLON) AND DRINK AS MUCH OF IT AS YOU CAN.

HINT: Consuming mostly alkaline forming foods and drinking alkaline watereach day creates an alkaline environment within our physiological make up which has been proven to greatly heal our body and create a healthier more enjoyable biochemistry!

HINT: Everything has a frequency even the food you eat has a frequency.

Question: Want to guess what foods have the higher frequencies?

Answer: ALKALINE FOODS you guessed it. You're on the right track. There should be a balance of 70% alkaline forming foods and 30% acidic forming foods in our system to maintain a health state. If one is sick you need to increase to 80% alkaline foods and 20% acidic.

The study of frequencies raises an important question, concerning the frequencies of substances we eat, breathe and absorb. Many pollutants lower healthy frequency. "Sound Therapy" and "Music Therapy"

Sound Therapy and Music Therapy has a profound effect on our whole being. I love music, I create music and that is my passion, however listening to good music is also my passion. Everything in existence has a sound and each sound will have an effect on our lives. Certain sounds and certain music can change our mood, lift our spirit, raise our frequency and heal or improve our situations that we face everyday.

Put on a beautiful piece of music that you adore and within minutes or hours your mood has changed and you can start to feel better . There are several frequencies that can shape a more positive flow of energy into our bodies which will create a healthier environment and science has proven this to be true. Music is powerful and universal (ponder on that one). Everyone needs to hear music and more importantly GOOD MUSIC, GOOD FREQUENCIES, GOOD VIBES and such. By hearing the opposite (Bad Vibes) we receive the opposite of health and create lack of it. Everything in existence has a polarity and we have the conscious ability to decide which frequency we will listen to. And we are totally responsible for our choices whether good or bad, how ever I believe we all have a higher self (higher wisdom within us) that knows best but with wisdom each of us has experienced good vibes and bad vibes and know that each has a memorable feelings of polarity.

"Believing for the best results"

Whatever we focus on with all of our intention we will attract it. When we believe it and act as if it is already rightfully ours, it will manifest. The idea is to believe without any doubting. Doubting always and only robs you of your true potential. We are Spirit Beings that will magnetically attract things, people and circumstances in our lives and we do that with our feelings mixed with our thoughts. When you focus on things and people and situations to be grateful for, you will attract more of the those things, people and circumstances that will keep you in that state. When you complain about this and that and doubt this and that you will attract more things, people and circumstances that will keep you complaining and doubting. We are unlimited beings. Truly we are made in the image and likeness of God, (the creator). One must ponder on this, since we are made in the likeness of God and God even has mention through many great teachers and wise ones, to be more like the creator.

Why do you think so? Because we have it in us even if we are not aware of it. We need to reprogram our thinking and change old patterns (I'm reminding myself too so no one is perfect).

There is no middle ground. In life it's either you get it or you don't. No exceptions. Many would agree we reap what we sow. I for one must say I agree to that marvelous quote 100%!!! The Subconscious mind is what makes us all tick. We react to life, everything, everyone mainly what we have embedded in our subconscious through mental programming. What ever we have been conditioned to believe is how we are, what we experience.

"Therapeutic Massage"

Get one every now and then. It will release trapped energy and improve your circulation. Did you know that by giving a massage it relaxes both you and the one receiving the massage? It's true.

If you're a big giver, give your mate a massage whenever you can. They'll be glad you did and you will too and just may return the favor. I love to massage. Every since I received one more than 13 years ago by someone who was good, I wanted to learn how to give one. You'll be surprised it's not all that hard. And like I said you'll be glad you gave it with someone you love. You help them and yourself. Hint, Hint. OOH Yeah! :) ♥

Prayer and Fasting. I will give my own opinion to what Pray and Fasting is to me.

Prayer is an expression of total belief that oneself (a spirit being with a free will possessing direct contact with the creative source) believing that one opens the door to a dialogue, meditation with God (the creator). Prayer means that you are beginning a dialogue, with the One Who created you, the One who has always been with you and the One who has never left you. Now when talking to God one should never be in doubt because your time is just a waste if one is doubting the creator can help. EVERYTHING and ANYTHING is effortless to God so we need to act like that before we pray. I believe we all came from God to experience life in every way. Prayer is most effective when others are in agreement with you, desiring the same outcome as you have made known to those in prayer with you.

Fasting (in its traditional definition) is abstinence of food and or liquids for a period of time. One can also fast from watching TV, Reading News Papers, etc. for an hour, day, week, and so and doing something else. Hint: Again I am not a doctor so please check with your doctor whether fasting is something you can do. I know I have had positive effects while fasting in various ways. I have fasted from TV, radio, Food, The internet (that's a tough one for me) and many other things on and off. The idea is direct more attention on something else, mostly GOD and one can apply that to your family, your wife or husband, directing more attention on them and less on other things that can eat away your time and such but mainly GOD is the main focus during a fast. IN A NUT SHELL THIS CLEANSES YOU FROM WHAT USED TO HOLD YOU IN BONDAGE.

FOR THE BELIEVER, FASTING EMPOWERS YOU TO HEAR FROM GOD MORE EASILY AND THINGS THAT WERE IN YOUR WAY WILL BE REMOVED, A REMOVAL FROM SOMETHING INTO A BETTER PLACE. 9.5 pH Alkaline Water , (remember our bodies are made up of 70% water or more) Hmmmm!

CHLOROXYGEN :) - Chlorophyll (Chlorophyll is very alkaline and helps create RED BLOOD CELLS) Concentrate increases, yes increases the amount of oxygen available to cells within our bodies. Disease cannot live in a alkaline/oxygen environment. Are you getting this? Red blood cells make their way through the lungs, chlorophyll increases our blood to it's fullest capacity to grab and hold oxygen. All I need is a dozen or so drops of this in my water or juice and I feel better almost instantly since it will take seconds for it to hit my blood stream!

OREGANO IS VERY GOOD FOR YOU AND ME!!!!!!!!

HOW DO WE INTAKE IT? WELL, THERE IS THE CAPSULE FORM (OIL OF OREGANO IS BEST), THERE IS THE TEA FORM (DOESN'T TASTE ALL THAT GREAT BUT IT WORKS WONDERS), THERE IS THE ESSENTIAL OIL FORM WHICH YOU CAN PLACE ON YOUR BODY HOWEVER PLEASE DO SO WITH A BASE OIL LIKE ALMOND OIL OR APRICOT OIL. BAKED IS BETTER THAN FRIED. Steamed is better than over cooked. Raw veggies and fruits are best. Streamed is very good. Lightly stir fried in extra virgin olive oil is good. Deep fried not so good.

Chicken, lamb, turkey and fish takes about 1-2 days or less to completely go through your system. (digest) Beef takes about 3-4 days, Pork takes about 7-10 days or more. So what we eat determines how much our system has to work in order to fully digest meat. Fruits and VEGGIES take about a day or less:) YEAH!

JUICING!!!!!!!!!!!

Get a good commercial juicer and start juicing your way back to health. Don't get a cheap one. Make sure you get one that cost at least $100 or more. The cheaper ones like $40 are not strong and will be more work for you desire. I used to juice years ago and I'm going to get back into that this week (*Just got one 2/6/10*) again with the addition of all that is listed above. Wash your hands often when you're out in the public. Increase your fiber intake. Take your vitamins. When it comes to your vitamins you should always use the most natural ones available.

Stay away from the white sugar! Use Sugar in the RAW, honey, molasses, but my favorite is STEVIA which an natural herb that is sweeter than sugar however it is an herb that is alkaline and sugar is very acidic. Eat less (or completely get rid of) white flour products and breads and consume more whole grain products and breads.

Use SEA SALT instead of Table Salt.

Find your zen of life and stay in harmony with it. Be a giver and help others in need.Take the focus off you and focus on others and it will come back to you. Offer a helping hand, take time to smile each day, laugh and have fun with your life. Laugh at yourself and don't be so serious all the time. Laughter is healthy. Say positive affirmations each day (try some that I have created and many others that I follow) and focus on the good things in life and be grateful for them and you'll attract more things to be grateful for.

Although it might seem that citrus fruits would have an acidifying effect on the body,
the citric acid they contain actually has an alkalinizing effect in the system.

Note that a food's acid or alkaline forming tendency in the body has nothing
to do with the actual pH of the food itself. For example,
lemons are very acidic, however the end products they produce after digestion
and assimilation are very alkaline so, lemons are alkaline forming in the body.
Likewise, meat will test alkaline before digestion, but it leaves
very acidic residue in the body so, like nearly all animal products,
meat is very acid forming.

Note I eat meat so don't get discouraged. It's best to eat more fruits and veggies though.
